For specialists

Every job arrives already diagnosed

You know the drill: a client sends a Semrush export, asks what it means, changes the brief twice, then argues about whether the work is finished. None of that happens here — the diagnosis is done, the scope is locked, and the recheck decides when it is complete.

No scope creep

Scope and acceptance criteria are written into the work order before you accept it. A change requires the client's explicit approval, on the record.

No arguing about done

The recheck re-runs the check that failed. It passes or it does not. Free within 28 days, so there is no cost to proving your work landed.

No unpaid diagnosis

You are not spending three hours working out what is wrong before you can quote. The inspection did that, and you are paid for the fix.

How matching actually works

Published, like everything else on this platform. No pay-to-rank, no promoted listings, no algorithm we will not describe.

1

Verified completions per check code

You are matched on the specific check codes you have completed and had verified — not on a self-declared skill list. Someone with 40 verified IX-01 fixes outranks a generalist claiming "technical SEO" every time.

2

First-pass verification rate

The proportion of your work orders that pass recheck on the first attempt. This is the single strongest quality signal on the platform and it is impossible to fake, because the recheck is automated.

3

Rescope rate

How often you request a scope change after accepting. A low rate means you scope accurately up front. A high one is visible to clients.

4

Time to verified

Median days from assignment to a passing recheck, per effort band. Compared against the band, so a genuinely large job is not penalised.

Nobody can buy placement. There is no promoted tier and no advertising on the marketplace. The only way up is verified completions — which means a new specialist with genuine skill builds a record quickly, and a bad one cannot buy their way past it.

Nothing on that profile is self-reported. Every number is derived from work orders that passed an automated recheck against a published criterion — which means it is a portfolio nobody can exaggerate.

Terms

Platform fee
12% of the work order value, taken from the specialist. Never added as a markup to the client price.
Payment
Released on verified, not on submitted. Held in escrow from acceptance.
Pricing
You quote within, below or above the published cost band. Quotes outside the band show the client your reason.
Disputes
The acceptance criteria decide. They were agreed before work started, which removes almost all of them.

Removed on sight

The platform exists partly to give clients an alternative to this, so there is no warning system for it.

  • Link buying, PBNs, or any paid link placement
  • Guaranteed-ranking offers of any kind
  • Bulk automated content with no human editing
  • Directory or citation blasting
  • Any work that would fail an SEOWof check if we inspected the result

Apply as a specialist

Applications are assessed on a practical: you receive three real anonymised work orders and your diagnosis and proposed remedy are reviewed against the standard. No interview, no portfolio deck.
